ART SHOULD HOLD THE MAGIC OF CHILDHOOD BUT SHOULD COMMENT WITH WISDOM CENTURIES BEYOND ITS AGE. ART SHOULD ART. EVERY PIECE IS MASTERPIECE, EVERY ARTIST A VISIONARY AND EVERY AUDIENCE CHILDREN. ALL WITH THEIR OWN VIEWS ON THE WORLD OF ART…………..
Ken had an amazing life. It would have been so interesting to have lived during that time. Not only did he live through the 60’s and the 70’s he was extremely influential. The Alternative press helped shape the culture by getting art and poems out to the general public. They did not do it for money or fame. They did it because someone had to share the amazing work that was going on and that someone was Ken and his wife!
The thing i like most about Amélie was the fact that the movie was in french. It was kept in its original form and not dubbed over. I was able to understand most it without reading the subtitles and it made the film feel much more surreal. Paris was the central hub of surrealism and Amélie was not lacking in surrealist undertones. I also enjoyed the fluxus style movies that Amélie made for the man with the brittle bones. It inspired me and Rebecca to make our Fluxus style final project. Over all, the development of characters and cinematography made Amélie a move that everyone should see. Not just surrealist enthusiasts.

Then one day he received a letter. and the nostalgia overwhelmed him. The return address was familiar, as was the wonderful smell of the perfume
